Die Lage ist wunderbar. Das Nebenhaus ist eine verlassene Baustelle (wie soviele auf der Peloponnes) und wir konnten direkt davor problemlos parken. Taverne Margarita war die einzige Taverne im Ort, die in April offen war. Gut und günstiges Essen und Trinken. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Dimitsana. Voll ausgesttatete Küche im unterem Zimmer.
Die Aussentreppe war vor allem nervig weil es tatsächlich nur ein Badezimmer oben gibt. Unten ist nur eine Toilette mit kleinem Waschbecken. Gastgeber hatte keine Erklärung im Voraus gegeben wie das heiße Wasser funktioniert.

We arrived late at night (owner knew our arrival time) and there was no heating in the bedroom, it was freezing cold! About 12 degrees. We put the heating on (air inverter) and went straightly to bed. Woke up couple of hours later completely freezing because the previous settings were on fan and not on heating (unlike downstairs in the kitchen). Ended up putting the other electric heater which worked and is not as noisy.
Owner says it takes 20mn to heat up the hot water for the shower, obviously they never tried in April when it's 9 degrees outside. It took more than 1h to get warm water. Had to shower with cold water the first day.
All in all, very cold place, especially not convenient when cold because of the kitchen and bedroom being in 2 separate floors (only outside stairs).
If it's cold or risk of cold, book someplace else.
