Lovely apartment. Quiet location. Nice pool.

950m to the beach is a bit misleading. It involves a very steep walk that takes about 20 minutes and you need to be fit.

Πολύ ωραίο διαμέρισμα με πολύ άνετα κρεβάτια. Ήσυχο και με καλή ηχομόνωση. Υπέροχη πισίνα και η θέα είναι καταπληκτική.

Οποία μικροπροβλήματα λύθηκαν άμεσα από την κυρία Αμφιτρίτη και τον σύζυγο της. Στο μέρος της υποδοχής πρέπει να τοποθετηθούν στόρια που να περιορίζουν το φως. Θα ήθελα να προτείνω σαν μέρος της Ελληνικής φιλοξενίας να υπάρχει κάτι μέσα στο δωμάτιο να σε περιμένει από την Κεφαλλονιά π.χ. στην Χαλκιδική υπήρχε ένα μπουκάλι κρασί και στην Τήνο Αμυγδαλωτά...

Ca o sugestie, cred ca într-un sejur de 7 nopți ar trebui schimbate prosoapele de cel puțin 2 ori. La noi au fost schimbate o singura dată în ziua a 4-a

The location of these apartments is very good, there are several minimarts and tavernas within walking distance although for beach access, a car is necessary. There is a pleasant, small swimming pool. The apartments are clean (fresh towels and bedding) every 3 days.

We were perhaps unlucky, we arrived after a very early flight from UK and were in bed by 10pm on our first night. We heard water running and got out of bed straight into water which was flooding the bedroom and the kitchen / sitting room area. We couldn’t find the source of the leak and phoned the owners. They said that there had been an earlier call about flooding in the adjacent ground floor apartment. The owners (husband, wife and daughter - whose English was excellent. The wife and daughter were charming and apologetic and spent 30 minutes mopping up. The husband meanwhile was trying to locate the source of the leak and gave every indication that we must be to blame (we were not) which made us feel very uncomfortable. As the leak had stopped we went back to bed with the assurance that the leak would be located and fixed the next day. The following morning, the flooding began again and we found the source was a leaking waste pipe. We were able to photograph the leak for the owners. It was fixed on day 2. The standard of equipment in the kitchen is very low level (1960’s hobs, no microwave, no oven).
