In the beautiful Marina di San Gregorio and a few hundred meters from its bay, there is a complex of six villas overlooking the sea, all covered in rock. Among these is: La Giuggiola, an excellent ground floor solution for families and friends.
A few hundred meters from Marina di San Gregorio, enclosed in a lovely setting between olive trees and the sea, is this lovely villa. The accommodation, equipped with a characteristic portico overlooking the sea, has a large living room with kitchen and sitting area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Externally, the house has a parking space close to the house, an ornamental garden and a splendid equipped porch. Finely furnished accommodation equipped with solid wood furniture.
The marina of San Gregorio is a small jewel set on the Ionian coast. It has a small center with two restaurants (with bars and tobacconists inside), a comfortable square facing the sea and a small bay, almost always protected from the wind, with a calm and shallow sea .. also ideal for children. Also nearby you can find a minimarket, a newsagent and several bars.
Tourist tax to be paid locally on the day of arrival.

Ho soggiornato presso La Giuggiola con mio marito e le mie figlie di nove e dieci anni tra fine agosto ed inizio settembre. la casa è decisamente accogliente e dotata di tutto il necessario, compresi ampi armadi e cassettiere per riporre gli indumenti. E' tutto praticamente nuovo; la cucina è dotata di elettrodomestici di qualità e il patio è decisamente molto sfruttabile per mangiare all'aperto e godersi il tramonto sul mare in totale tranquillità. La posizione della casa è esattamente quella che volevamo, abbastanza vicina al paese ma nel contempo in una zona decisamente tranquilla e immersa nel verde. Sicuramente è stata la sistemazione ideale per permetterci di apprezzare ancora di più la nostra vacanza in Salento!
