overall it was clean, quiet, and comfortable

a new clean place, quite ok for one night

there was no hand soap in the bathroom, and non-stick surface on a frying pan was damaged and it was the only pan in the kitchen :(

A reasonable apartment for the price.

A reasonable apartment for the price. Comfortable sleeping arrangements. Private parking space. Convenient location for traveling around the Innsbruck region. Easy check-in and check-out process. Not trying to nitpick — the apartment does its job, but it lacked the coziness and attention to detail needed for a higher rating.

The cleanliness was not quite up to standard, although it might have just been bad luck in our case — upon arrival, the fridge (especially the freezer) and the oven were dirty. Since there’s no microwave in the apartment, the oven seems to be used frequently by guests for reheating, but it hadn’t been cleaned properly (crumbs and burnt residue inside).

Excellent for the money

The apartment is very quiet, clean and comfortable. The photos represent very accurate the interior. The balcony has a very nice view on the mountains. It had everything we needed for cooking. The big supermarket is 5 min drive and plenty of amazing hiking trails nearby.

Very nice apartment, everything is fresh, clean and modern. Takes 10 minutes in to Innsbruck city.

Beds were a bit hard, and the pillows were a bit big.

It was clean

Doors were hard to open. One night we could not open the door due to lock being loosened Owners were helpful but had to wait one hour for locksmith to come and fix the lock

Schöne saubere Wohnung, großer Kühlschrank und Parkplatz vor der Tür. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Nicht so schlimm, aber Seife im Bad wäre gut gewesen

Leider war es bei der Ankunft sehr kalt, trotz aufdrehen der Heizung änderte sich dies nicht. Unbequeme Matratze, Schimmel im Bad, nicht sauber, Kochgeschirr dreckig…. Leider nicht zu empfehlen.

Las camas muy cómodas.Todo muy limpio.Las vistas increíbles y la ubicación.

No hubo nada que no nos gustará.Todo estaba bien. Solo añadiría algunos pequeños detalles como papel de cocina,bayeta para el fregadero,bolsas de basura extra y un recogedor.

Dejlig central beliggende lejlighed i Volders

Fin lejlighed med al køkkenudstyr, opvaskemaskine, komfur, køleskab og stor fryser. Dejligt badeværelse. Roligt og centralt beliggende midt i Volders og et godt udgangspunkt for udflugter. Vi kommer gerne igen, hvis vi skal holde ferie på de kanter. Vi kan helt sikkert anbefale stedet.

Vi har intet negativt at sige.

La pulizia della casa, cucina ben fornita, bagno ampio, posto auto riservato

Le indicazioni fornite non eramo esaustive. Non abbiamo avuto nessun contatto umano, dopo aber ritirato la chiave dal locker, mi aspettavo di trovare due indicazioni, onvice il parcheggio per l'auto non era comprensibile, all'interno della casa nn era indicato nulla( come si alza le tapparelle, ecc. Abbiamo contattato il proprietario solo con la chat di booking... penso che l'accoglienza su una struttura di tipo appartamento di famiglia possa essere decisamente migliorata
