Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε ένα χωριό δέκα λεπτά έξω από το Καρπενήσι, περιτριγυρισμένο από δάσος και ποτάμια, ήσυχο. Οι ιδιοκτήτες πολύ φιλικοί και εξυπηρετικοί, το δωμάτιο ζεστό όλη την ημέρα και το νερό πολύ ζεστό όλη την ημέρα επίσης. Το πρωινο σερβίρεται στην ταβέρνα των ιδιοκτητών λίγα μέτρα μακριά από το κατάλυμα και περιλαμβάνει χυμό, γάλα, καφέ φίλτρου ή στιγμιαίο η ελληνικό, βούτυρο, μαρμελάδα, μέλι, αυγα και γλυκά.
Το πρωινό θα μπορούσε να περιέχει και λίγο τυρί, δημητριακά και ίσως και λίγη τομάτα σε αντικατάσταση κάποιων γλυκισματων. Επίσης ένας αποθηκευτικός χώρος παραπάνω στο δωμάτιο θα ήταν πολύ πρακτικός .
