Hotel Villa Colonial

The manager was courteous and service-oriented; he took the time to stand and explain—at length—the details of the delightful and elaborate breakfast (featuring fruit, juice, a special Mexican-style omelet, etc.). I would especially like to highlight the enchanting atmosphere—it feels like a small, intimate village tucked away somewhere, completely removed from the city’s hustle and bustle. The moment you step inside, you feel secluded and enjoy total privacy. The restaurant is small and stylishly designed, creating a sense that everyone has known each other for years. The staff—including the chefs and servers—are all smiling and pleasant. The building has been meticulously preserved, with great attention paid to every single detail. A place worth returning to.

Great breakfast, nice staff and very central location in Zona Colonial. Beds were comfortable and our room was quiet which we appreciated. Beautiful landscaping and details throughout the hotel.

If you plan on getting back to the hotel very late, might be helpful to coordinate with the staff to make sure the front door is open.

Location is very convenient, plenty of things to do around. Staff were very nice. My favorite thing was the breakfast, I would say it is a culinary experience, a 4 course meal, very well prepared and flavorful. It is a very unique experience.

I think for the value, it is a fair deal.
