Except for the low water pressure in the bath all the rest was very good, excellent value for money

If you can be bothered, you can drive downtown peya to have your breakfast/coffe or order. We just stocked up on coffee and breakfast stuff from supermarket on the day of arrival .

All was according to description. No surprises- no unfulfilled expectations.

The house was very clean very comfortable.

Nothing is close by as stated in description. 30 min walk to nearest shop. Beach is 3 miles. Defiantly need transport. Pool is shared by 10 houses. Lucky for us we was the only ones using it. No sunbeds for us on arrival. When we did get them we was only given two. There was four of us. Oven doesn't work. Bedrooms very light. Need thicker curtains many guests have commented about this. No drawers for clothes in twin bed bedroom. Sadly myself and my daughter fell down the marble stairs. So great care needs to be taken. I understand all the houses are the same. Next door did d.i.y 10pm. Dog barking between 6 and 7 am most mornings. Not what you want on a two week main holiday. No cleaners. Two weeks with no clean towels or bedding. Yes there is a washing machine but your on holiday away from all that. I have stayed in many villas and this is the first time no cleaners have ever been to a property. Ideal for a weekend break not a two week holiday sadly.
