About this cottage rental
Authentic Franc-comtoise stone house located in the tourist heart of the Jura, in Montmalin, a small village of character close to Arbois. In all seasons, you will appreciate the charm and the calm of this old farm of 170 m ², renovated with relish and allowing to welcome up to 10 people. With its cozy interior, enclosed garden, terrace and private pool, this is the perfect place to relax and meet up with family or friends.
Our cottage, totally independent, is composed of the following way:
On the ground floor: entrance with mezzanine library, large living room including the dining room and kitchen, office space, bedroom with bed 160x200, bedroom with bed 140x190, a room for children with bunk beds 90x190, bathroom with shower, wc, storeroom.
Upstairs: living room with sofa and television, a large bedroom with 140x190 bed in mezzanine, 140x190 sofa bed underneath and playroom for children, bathroom with bath and wc.
Outside: closed and raised ground of 800 m ², sunny terrace.
For the summer, private pool fully secured 8x4 m (gate and tarpaulin), swimming vest 15 to 18 kg, various accessories.
For winter, two pellet stoves and open fireplace.
To enhance your stay, we put at your disposal children's games, board games, DVDs, books and tourist documentation (welcome booklet, brochures, walking routes, maps ...).
Our accommodation is suitable for the youngest (safety barriers, baby bed, changing table, play area)
For a number of travelers over 8, a supplement of 10 euros per night and per person is applied.
Clean sheets await you on arrival at no extra charge. Towels are not provided.
Pets are not allowed.
Cleaning must be done at the end of your stay (a cleaning option can however be offered on request).
WIFI: The flow is low but sufficient to check his emails or do some research.
During the school holidays, 5 nights minimum. In July and August, 7 nights minimum, from Saturday to Saturday.
Off holidays, 2 nights minimum.
Heating costs are included.
