This lovers' holiday home is tucked away in a quiet area in the middle of Potsdam's north, yet not far from Potsdam's city. You can grill and take a deep breath on the covered terrace. The house has 110 square meters with 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 1.80m, 1 double bed 1.40m, 1 double bed 1.40m and 1 bed 0.90m), 1 living room with sofa bed and fireplace, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom with toilet, large shower and bathtub as well as a washing machine, 1 small toilet with sink, in the upper hall there is another sleeping possibility (1 bed 0.90m). You can enjoy a holiday here with a maximum of 8 people. Therefore, it is very suitable for families. There is water all around and there are several swimming spots nearby.
The nearest bus stop is around 800 m away. There are regular buses to Potsdam or Berlin-Spandau to the city center. By car you are in the city center in 10 minutes. It takes about the same time by bike.
We do not want party guests because we have a good relationship with our neighbors.

Sehr schönes geräumiges und vor allem ruhiges Haus - mit allem, was man als Familie benötigt. Wir haben insbesondere das gemeinsame Essen auf der großen Terrasse genossen. Für Ausflüge sollte man ein Auto bis zum P/R bereit haben - aber das weiß man ja.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in einer ruhigen Gegend in einem ordendlichen und sauberen Haus. Der Garten war sehr naturbelassen. Das Haus wird mit einer Ölheizung betrieben die nach unseren empfinden für eine doch nicht sehr angenehme Geruchsentwicklung verantwortlich war.
Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen.

Falls etwas unklar gewesen wäre, hatten wir die Möglichkeit, mit der Vermieterin zu telefonieren! Es war für alles gesorgt.
