Local muito bom ! Completo de tudo, ótima localização e conforto

Estava havendo uma obra na parte de baixo que deixou a parte de cima bem empoeirada, e a porta também estava necessitando uma manutenção

Location was really good. You are right in the heart of where everything is and it is rather quiet at night, considering the location of the apartment.

The apartment was very dirty. Despite the fact that the apartment was very old, it is still possible to find it clean. But everything seemed to be dirty, sticky and dusty. What a petty, cause location is very good of this place. We were missing a lot of things in the kitchen and the kitchen equipment seemed to be used, many things broken or not working. This apartment needs a good fresh up with new things and paint. Anything you touch was falling out or broken (door handles, shower, drawers in the bedroom...etc.). We tend to take very good care when we travel, but this place was giving us a big headache. Would recommend only if the owners decided to invest and renovate it. Otherwise look for alternative place.
