Nice spacious room and bathroom. Comfy bed.
The place needs a little bit of love (broken patio door, broken cabinet doors in bathroom). Could have been a little bit cleaner.

Nice common space and kitchen. Flat was working fine. Close to beach and dragon bridge. No street traffic and relatively quiet (apart from dogs barking in the alley at night.) but overall good quality for a fair price, and good communication with landlord on WhatsApp with flexible check in. Basic breakfast was okay. True Vietnamese coffee ❤️
Fridge could be of better quality. Hardly any cooling of water bottles. Bed was ok, a bit soft and could use a better top mattress. Springs were quite palpable. New mattress would be a welcome upgrade, Towels were I’m sorry to say a bit smelly when wet.

The interior design is beautiful
We unfortunately had to move out after the first night due to the noise. There were neighbours’ dogs that barked at night when anyone passed, also at 7am in the morning someone was watching a video on full volume. No soundproofing. There is also no elevator, so keep that in mind if you have heavy luggage.
