Though the complex is right across the street from a beautiful, private beach, the amazing five-star worthy seasonally heated pool should first be acknowledged. It is expansive and has two specific sections as well as a detached hot tub. This pool system with no steps allows for easy walk in just like the beach, so there is no need to hold on to the rails and step down, making it ideal for elderly guests or young children. If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

The pool location was idea. The water feature was wonderful all day when on the balcony. I loved sitting on balcony in the morning. It faced east and the sun welcomed us every morning.

Short walk to a few good places to eat. The unit looked very nice and was very clean but could use some new pots and pans the non-stick is about at the end of it's life span. Over all a very good experience.

We had a great week long stay in this unit. Everything was as described in the listing. Clean and comfortable. The pool area was especially nice. Plenty of chairs and the upper pool was heated.

The location was great and the pool was wonderful. The stand alone shower, tub walls, and kitchen faucet had mildew on them. We could not use the kitchen faucet to prepare food due to the mildew inside the spout. Parts of the tub/shower walls in the master bathroom weren’t clean. For the cost, better was expected.
