Just 200 steps from East Beach, Tabby on 12th is a bright, coastal retreat with a private heated pool, fenced backyard, and two screened porches—including one with a swinging daybed that practically begs for morning coffee or a late-night read. Inside, you'll find vaulted ceilings, a tabby shell fireplace, and natural light in every direction. The open kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and bar seating for three, plus a dining table that seats six. A washer and dryer are tucked off the main hallway for easy post-beach cleanup. The home is 0.7 miles from the Coast Guard Station and 2.5 miles from the Village and Pier.

The house feels new on the inside. The backyard feels like a movie set it's so clean. This house was modern but never felt cold. We enjoyed nights in as much as out on the town. I highly recommend this rental. A short stroll to the beach and to Goulds Inlet are an added bonus. It did not feel like a tourist location but more like a good friend let you stay in their home while out of town.

Super spacious and clean home with access to 2 different beaches. Absolutely loved the private pool and screened in porch with swing. One of the most memorable vacations we have ever experienced! St simons was a dream and so was this rental!

They were wonderful! Good communication for check in and out. They also responded quickly when I requested a propane tank for the grill since the one we had was empty. I was very pleased,

House was great. Location was great. Emmons staff was helpful.A couple of suggestions:Ditch the checkout list which sounds like something a nagging mother would leave—strip the beds, take out the trash, start the dishwasher, clean the grill. People are on vacation AND they are paying for a cleaning service to clean the house. All this should be covered.(Don’t move the pool furniture?)There are also fees that are probably never charged, but sound obnoxious—$50 plus postage to return something left at the house and $65 if a reservation is made and cancelled the same day.
