Inside, you'll find vaulted ceilings, a tabby shell fireplace, and natural light in every direction. The open kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and bar seating for three, plus a dining table that seats six. A washer and dryer are tucked off the main hallway for easy post-beach cleanup. The home is 0.7 miles from the Coast Guard Station and 2.5 miles from the Village and Pier.

The quiet neighborhood and delightful home made our week in Saint Simons perfect! A short walk to the beach was easy each day and having the pool in the afternoon made for a calm and relaxing day! The house was located on a charming street and had a great kitchen with all the necessary tools and the living space was very relaxing. The bedrooms were a nice retreat and plenty of bathrooms. The extra porches were great for a getaway spot. The outside shower was nice to wash away the sand after a day at the beach. This house was very clean and spacious.

House was great. Location was great. Emmons staff was helpful.A couple of suggestions:Ditch the checkout list which sounds like something a nagging mother would leave—strip the beds, take out the trash, start the dishwasher, clean the grill. People are on vacation AND they are paying for a cleaning service to clean the house. All this should be covered.(Don’t move the pool furniture?)There are also fees that are probably never charged, but sound obnoxious—$50 plus postage to return something left at the house and $65 if a reservation is made and cancelled the same day.
