Very bright West exposure, in a secure residence with swimming pool. Beach and port 700 meters away, shops and restaurant nearby (on foot). Secure private parking space, bike room. For golfers, club house 150 meters away! Possibility to have breakfast at the Gulf restaurant. Equipped kitchen, washing machine. EDF charges in addition according to meter reading from 28/09.
