Want to stay with us longer than 2 weeks? Great! We just ask that you coordinate a day and time with us so we can have an additional clean done during your stay. There is an additional cleaning fee required for this and we would be happy to provide you with a quote. If you want to have your linens and towels replaced during this clean, we can do that too, just let us know. We are passionate about maintaining our homes and keeping them clean so we appreciate your cooperation on this. We will require an additional clean for every 2 weeks that you are in our home.

Very clean unit. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Within walking distance of the beach, as well as several restaurants and shops. We will definitely be open to staying here again on our next trip to Siesta Key.

Just had an overall great week in Siesta Key. We close this place because of the great location. Close to Siesta Village and many beach accesses.
However, when checking in, we were definitely surprised by the state of the property. Our floors were absolutely filthy. Covered in dust bunnies, sand and hair that did not belong to us. We had to remove all of the cushion covers on the furniture and throw pillows and to them before anyone could sit down. There were visible stains from food, spilled drinks, hair and imprints from where people sat w/ wet clothing or swimsuits. The shower in the master bath was the same. The floor and the shower were covered in hair. We had to clean a clump of hair off the drain. So so disgusting.
Many of the dishes were visibly dirty. So we had to do a few loads of dishes right away. Our broom was broken so we ended up cleaning the floor on our hands and knees all week.
We had a lot of work to do upon checking in which was disappointing. Once all that was done, we were able to relax a bit more.
Two other issues we had were that the plastic shelves in the fridge that cover the fruit/veggie drawers were broken or missing. So you lose a whole shelf of space in the fridge, which was a bummer as far as having waters/beers cold in the fridge.
And the people who rented the lower level arrived before us and took any and almost all the beach gear. They left us with one rusted beach chair and one broken chair and the two baby chairs. And a broken wagon.
