About this house rental
Huge new HEATED pool! 25x50 feet, and Salt water
Newly renovated 7600sqft, 8 bedroom estate sitting on 10 acres perfectly located in between South Haven and Saugatuck. Less than .5 miles to Lake Michigan beach access. This private estate on 10 acres is your perfect get-away from the hustle and bustle. Enjoy the privacy and wildlife as you sit on the front porch or enjoy the views from the 4 season room.
This historic farmhouse has been fully renovated to accommodate your group including a Huge game/multimedia room, huge yard, and plenty of parking. Enjoy the large living room with original woodwork dating over 100 years old, dining room seating for plenty, 5 full bathrooms, 8 bedrooms, and a large fully equipped country kitchen with pantry. In the huge master bathroom there is a claw foot tub as well.
We do not allow amplified music, large events, or excessive noise outside the house as a courtesy to our neighbors. This is not a place to "party," only families and well meaning groups are allowed. Minimum age of primary renter must be 30.
No smoking or fireworks.
****Surveillance cameras are located throughout the exterior of the property
The pool will be open by Memorial day weekend. The pool will be open until the last weekend in September. By October 1st the pool will be closed.

Huge property(it feels like a maze at first). Very well maintained, had all the necessary amenities, utensils, kitchen utensils etc. Everything we needed was well stocked by the owners so did not run out of anything though we were a large group.

We didn't end up using pool as it was cold. But other than that all the entertainments were amazing. Every games we could think of were arranged there !!! we had a great time. Supplies like towels , toilet paper and kitchen utencils were plenty. Loved our stay and would highly recommend to my friends. Already looking forward to go back !
