The room was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. It was also near the Osaka Loop which made our commute to Kyocera and the airport easier.
When you're tired after a long day, the walk from the station to the hotel seems a bit far. Then we'd still have to use the stairs going up the room. Thankfully, our room was only on the 2nd floor.
Would definitely consider staying here again :)

It was really a pleasant stay for the 4 for us. The space was just enough to accommodate 4 adults and yet very comfortable. Location was very near to universal studio japan.

Good location, where there are several restaurants and multiple convenient stores around the station. The nearest station is Nishikujo Station, connected to JR Osaka Loop and Hanshin Line. The apartment itself is cozy, can fit a family of 3. But the downside is that the apartment building doesn't have elevator, as the apartment room is on the 3rd floor (2 flights of steep staircase). And there's no bathtub available. However there's a public bath house just a few mins from the apartment.

We loved this place! It was very spacious compared to the other places we had stayed in. It was a clean apartment that had 2 large double beds and also a couch that could be folded out to a bed. The washing machine on the balcony was a Godsend. There is a clothes rack and coat hangers in the room which we used to dry our clothes on the balcony.
It was a short 7min walk to Nishi-kujo station and from there it was only 2 stops to USJ so we were able to get there early in the morning.
There is a supermarket (Life) about 4min walk from Nish-kujo station and there are convenience stores like Lawsons and 7-11 that provide cheap food/snacks and ATMs so that you can withdraw cash if you need.
Perhaps the only downside is the fact that there is no elevator so you need to carry luggage upstairs.
