Wow… what a revelation. It was modern, clean and the staff, including the Manager Panos couldn’t do enough to make sure we had a memorable stay! We highly recommend eating in as the food (both Breakfast and Dinner) were outstanding!

We stayed at the Pilot Amphora Boutique Hotel for 10 days.
The hotel, the service, the staff - everything was exceptional.
We received a bottle of champagne and fruits on arrival, which was a lovely touch. There was also a surprise birthday cake delivered to our room during the trip. Again, great service and attention to detail. The rooms are spacious (we stayed in an indulge room - and we had plenty of space. The rooms were cleaned daily, with new fresh towels etc.
We had half board (including breakfast and dinner) which was amazing value for money as you get such a wide choice of options for breakfast. The dinners are exceptional (very big portions also) - be sure to keep yourself hungry each night!
The staff were the best bit - so friendly and accommodating. The service couldn’t have been better - we would absolutely recommend this hotel. Thank you specifically to Paulos and Vasilis - it was a pleasure.
We also visited the sister hotel (Pilot Beach Resort) for the Lobster night - and we were chauffeured across by the hotel teams.
There are various local restaurants and supermarkets in the quiet neighbourhood also (Nostos and Mythos were local recommendations). There are also excursions from Georgioupolis for day trips - all fairly convenient if you don’t drive / have a car.
We would love to come back! Thanks for everything to the team.
