Welcome to our cozy 3-bedroom apartment in Barcelona's Sant Andreu district, perfect for families who want to discover the city in a quiet area. Accommodating up to 5 guests, the apartment features a spacious and comfortable living room with a big couch, two double bedrooms, and one single bedroom. Enjoy the beautiful view of Sant Andreu's Cathedral from the luminous living room and the terrace.
The apartment is fully equipped and designed to make you feel at home, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Guests have full access to all amenities, and we maintain constant communication from the moment a reservation is made. A team member will be available for check-in/check-out and throughout your stay.
The neighborhood offers plenty of local charm, with a market just a few blocks away, two small plazas with numerous cafés, and the Cathedral only a 5-minute walk away. One of Barcelona's largest shopping centers, La Maquinista, is also nearby. The area is well-connected to other parts of the city via public transportation, including Metro L1 (red line), trains, and buses.
Please note that smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, and we ask guests to keep noise levels down at night to respect our neighbors. Also, please be careful not to lose the keys.
Barcelona has a tourist tax of €2.48 per person per night. For late arrivals, there is a surcharge of €20 for arrivals after 21:00 and €40 for arrivals after 00:00.
