About this house rental
Located 7 minutes from Shawnee Peak, this home is an excellent location for skiers and is just 40 minutes to North Conway, NH. We are in a very private location and can accommodate 10 guests in 3 bedrooms plus a loft and finished basement. All 3 bedrooms, the basement, dining area, and living are furnished with brand new furniture and mattresses, and linens are brand new as well. Just 3 miles to Highland Lake and Moose Pond. We have 2 queen size air mattresses that can accommodate an additional 4 guests. We also have a fire pit out front with seating for 8, and a dining table on the front porch with (seasonal) seating for 6. There is a dart board in the finished basement, along with a full size laundry room. We have 1 double kayak and 4 single kayaks available for use, along with paddles and life jackets.

Had a great time in Mains snowmobiling for the weekend. The house was very nice, upon arrival we did have to do a bit of cleaning ourselves but they may have had to do with the fact we had an early check in. Pat was great and quick to answer any questions we had

My wife and three kids had a great time at the house. Finished basement is great for the kids and proximity to mountain was great - the view of mountain at night was an added bonus.

What a great family vacation with plenty of room for a few of our kids’ friends! The house was spacious and immaculate. Everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in. The kids loved the finished basement to lounge around after snowboarding and skating. Pat was quick to respond to questions during the booking process.
