About this house rental
We are proud to host you at our rental property in Old Orchard Beach. We are just 0.7 miles from the beach, and less than a half mile from the fun filled downtown area, so walk or drive. Enjoy this ranch style house in a quiet neighborhood located at the end of a dead-end street. It is very peaceful here, and yet just moments from the fun and excitement of the beach and other amusements. The house can sleep at least 14, with the main floor consisting of two sets of bunkbeds (one Full size bunk) in one bedroom, a Queen in the other bedroom, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the spacious living room. The downstair bedrooms offer another queen bed, two twins, and a full. This tremendous property offers plenty of indoor and outdoor space for guests, and tons of parking. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, a washer and dryer, and AC during your stay. The 2 bathrooms with showers ensures everyone stays refreshed. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place.

Jeffery’s house was a perfect spot for our week in OOB. Quiet neighborhood close to downtown. VERY clean with all the things you need for a week at the beach. Can’t wait to return!

We had a great stay. The hosts gave us great recommendations and reminded us of the small tasks to be done so that we didn't forget anything. The premises were clean and good sizes for a family of 5. The only thing is that we had to walk 10 minutes to get to the beach, that said, with a little organization, it was done very well.
The kitchen has all the essentials.
