It is nestled in between the Intracoastal Waterway and Gulf Boulevard, across the street from the beautiful white sand beach of Treasure Island. Enjoy the docile blue green waters of the Gulf. Fishing is steps away. Newly renovated, with fully equipped granite top kitchen, travertine shower.

We have 3 separate units to rent at this location.
Two1 bedroom units and one 2 bedroom bungalow in the back. A courtyard in the middle with outside seating and grille is shared by units. Great for family reunions or weddings. All 3 units will accommodate 14 people comfortably.

Located a half mile from Johns Pass, this quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village is Pinellas County’s #1 tourist attraction. Over one hundred merchants inhabit the Village with unique retail shopping, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Plenty of parking: There is metered on-street parking located conveniently throughout the Village, as well as a new state-of-the-art multi-level parking garage adjacent to Bubba Gumps and Hubbards Marina. Open daily!

We loved the area! You had access to both beach and the inlet within minutes of walking! The beach was not crowded and very family friendly! Would definitely recommend staying here! The property manager was very informative, responsive and helpful!
