First of all , this place is everything you would want from a VRBO. Secondly , Joe was incredible. We had a major issue. My daughter had a baby and we had planned to be there to help for a few weeks. We had rented another VRBO in Littleton we had previously stayed at months in advance. The day we were to move in , we found out the place , which said no pets , had a cat for many months in the house and many in our family are highly allergic ! We had to cancel and find a place FAST. We saw Joes place and he did everything he could to get us in the same day , and let us stay for 19 days ! The townhome has all you need. VERY comfortable furnishings, SUPER quiet. We heard nothing! Beds were so comfortable we slept great ! 3 bathrooms , a nice study for work , great TVs ….. seriously one of the best places we have stayed at. And I cant say enough about Joe ! Thank you for helping us and making our stay so memorable !

Clean, comfortable, and perfect location to all our grown children and grandchildren! Close enough to pretty much anything we needed. Roomy enough to have family over for meals and a perfect place for us to have our own quiet time to ourselves! Very quiet house and neighborhood.
