Enjoy your visit, or extended stay, at our quiet, spacious, and cozy home in Magnolia. We provide all the comforts with plenty of space for sleeping, relaxing, cooking and enjoying the views of downtown and the space needle! Close to Downtown, South Lake Union, and others, Magnolia provides groceries, parks, schools, transportation and beautiful scenery of mountains, and sunsets.

- Large, fully fenced in, backyard with BBQ and plenty of patio seating.
- Double car garage for extra storage or car/suv parking.
- Ample parking including driveway and open street spots.
- Downstairs rec-room with big screen TV, shuffle board table and a variety of board games
- Washer and Dryer.
- A fully internet connected home with 100mbps internet (with wifi), chromecast and apple TV for streaming.

- Portable AC units to keep the main floor cool during the summer.

My company had a project a few miles from this home. The owner/ manager, Dan, was awesome from the start. Incredibly responsive and helpful. The house had a great design for our needs. The amenities were wonderful. Even the neighbors were great. It looks like the kind of place where there would be no parking, even that was reasonable; and we had two trucks and a wagon. All of this and the unit was discounted for long term stay(Three bedroom house for the price of one hotel room)We rented close to 5 weeks.
5 out of 5. We definitely recommend. Would stay there again

Great house, everything was clean and comfortable. The bedrooms get pretty warm when it’s sunny out (basement stays cool). The house would benefit from a window cooler or two.
