If you're dining in, stop at local roadside stand and pick up fresh produce for mealtime. Completing the entry level, you'll find a perfectly tiled bathroom with stand up shower and rain shower head.

Upstairs, comfort and luxury meet. A queen size bed offers the perfect cozy setting for laying your head to rest each evening.

The Boat House is merely a few steps away from the splashing waves of Cayuga Lake! The lake will be calling you throughout your stay with plenty of natural, pebble beach that will be all yours. You'll have no problem enjoying the cool, clear water of Cayuga Lake with the provided canoe and kayak. While you're in town, make sure to head over to The Boat Yard Grille, or the Wolffy's Grill and Marina – both are local foodie favorites. The Beer Garden is just two minutes away and offers live music on weekends. Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.

3. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. Outdoor amenities, including furniture/watercraft and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
