FONTAINEBLEAU HOTEL SORRENTO OCEAN FRONT 1BEDROOM/1.5 bathroom suite is located in the luxurious Sorrento tower in the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami Beach. The unit offers over 1000 SF of interior space and MASSIVE WRAP AROUND outdoor balcony.
This condo maximum occupancy is 5 people with an additional rollaway available to rent from the hotel for $60/n plus taxes. It sleeps 4 comfortably between the king bed and full size pull out sofa.
Guests are entitled to all concierge services, two Lapis spa passes daily (spa entry only - other services are additional), and all hotel amenities.
Below hotel charges are displayed in the VRBO total, however they are only charged on the premises:
1. Hotel transient rental fee $18.83
2. Hotel's mandatory cleaning service charge:
DEFAULT SELECTION FOR YOUR STAY IS CHECK OUT CLEANING: $233.70 (no service provided during stay).
Every other day cleaning is also available at the cost of $95/cleaning + tax, plus additional check out cleaning fee of $233.70
Mandatory cleaning fee and hotel transient rental fee are charged by the hotel upon departure.
Additional linens, towels, etc. can be ordered by calling housekeeping during your stay.
We do not charge a cleaning fee at the time of booking, but this fee is displayed on VRBO to inform guests of total cost of reservation . The cleaning fee and transient rental fee will be charged and paid directly to the hotel, and are subject to change, MUST be confirmed by the guest at check-in with the front desk agent. The charge is dependent on the frequency of cleaning, preference must be communicated by guest upon check-in. Unfortunately, cleaning fees can't be waived.

The rate is inclusive of resort fees ($100/day value- access to Fontainebleau hotel facilities: gym, beach, pools, restaurants, etc.), and 2 LAPIS Spa access passes ($200 value) for each unit. Limited pool access wristbands are included in the rate: 4 wristbands for a junior suite and 5 wristbands for a 1 bedroom suite (additional wristbands are $100 per wristband for weekdays and $200 per wristband for the weekends) - the hotel limits wristbands per unit. The only hotel charges not included in the rate are the hotel's mandatory cleaning service charge which is paid directly to the hotel upon checkout, rollaway bed costs and wristband charges above those allotted to the suite and valet parking. Additional wristbands above those included in the suite: $100 each weekday/$200 each weekend (hotel-imposed limit per unit)
Other details to note:
HOTEL POLICY: A credit card is required at check in for estimated incidental charges of $250 per day per unit. This is an authorization only, released at time of check out.
CHECK IN TIME: AFTER 4:00 PM DEPENDING ON HOUSEKEEPING TURNOVER
CHECK OUT TIME: 11:00 AM - ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE LATE CHECK OUT DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY, NOTHING GUARANTEED BUT IT COULD BE A POSSIBILITY.
Cancellations made for any reason such as but not limited to sickness, inclement weather, flight delays or flight cancellations will not warrant a refund. Travel insurance for unexpected cancellations is recommended to all our guests.

Fontainebleau is known as a vibrant resort, where the well known BleauLive entertainment series takes place delivering shows and poolside events (additional cost) in addition to different conventions taking place hosted by the hotel. While Fontainebleau is the primary place to “see and be seen” in Miami, please take these events, the corresponding sound factor and its possible impact on your stay (i.e. volume of guests, reduced availability for restaurant reservations), into consideration when choosing your dates. It is solely the guest's responsibility to check the Hotel events calendar or reach out to the Hotel directly for details prior to booking. The host has no involvement in coordinating and organizing these events and is not to be held responsible for reduced access to amenities in relation to these events.

The host communicated well. The view from room was amazing. Minor issues that were handled immediately by housekeeping and front desk.

This apartment was more than we could have asked for. Easy check in, check out, no issues with the elevator, nice corner unit that looked right out to the ocean was EXACTLY what we were looking for. There were just two of us, so it might have been more space than we needed- but it was so appreciated. Two bathrooms, never an issue with the shower- Two balconies to get both city and ocean view- and just enough dishes/etc. in the kitchen as we did make breakfast a couple of days and it is always a bonus to have a big fridge to bring leftovers home! Water was always hot in the bathrooms, bed was comfortable. (We opted for the one cleaning at checkout and that was fine!) AMPLE closet space so it was great to be able to hang nicer clothes. We also took advantage of the washer/dryer too so I didn't have to take home many dirty clothes. Also even the shampoos that were provided were quite nice. Host was SUPER responsive. We got there at check in and they didn't have our reservation on file until the next day- which was a bit disappointing as we were so late at getting in, however, this was MY fault, not the hosts. He responded immediately and everything was worked out. Having access to the spa was also a bonus. Pools were incredible! We didn't make it to all 11 pools, but we certainly tried. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again because I come to Miami often. 10/10 all around. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Location and size of unit were great. It has a good bit of wear and tear but the big issue was three "leftover" stickers from what appeared to be a bachelorette party. Stickers of a young man's head were left on the main bedroom light switch, the wall facing the main bathroom toilet, and worst of all, full sticker residue on the toilet seat. Called Guest Services to have Housekeeping remove them but no one came to do so. Messaged the host two days in a row and received canned response thanking me for letting them know and that they would have Housekeeping remove them. No one ever did and it was obvious the cleaning of the unit had not been done properly if stickers were left. Did not appreciate the impersonal response from host either. Detracted from our stay wondering what else had not been properly cleaned. Very disappointing.
