This charming, modern decorated condo, comes completely equipped with everything you could need in a vacation rental. Front porch has a dining table and chairs, sitting area, outdoor gas grill (natural gas).
The condo has 3 bedrooms (The 3rd bedroom is available for either storage, office space or can be setup as another bedroom on request). The two main bedrooms are complete with queen size beds, side tables, large closet spaces.
It includes Cable - DirecTV, with HBO, Netflix, FireTV with Amazon Prime Video, Washer, Dryer, In built music throughout by Amazon Music, Pandora and Alexa, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Large TV in the living room and a TV in the master bedroom.
Updated bathrooms with a wonderful overhead rain shower in the master ensuite bathroom.
The grounds have two large pools, one is next to this condo with views from both bedrooms. One of the pools is always heated throughout the winter months. The two hot tubs are heated all year round. Tennis courts are also available for your use. Plenty of parking (uncovered) on the property. No Garage space sorry.
NOTE: Minumum 30 day rental only. Great for longer term stays.
