We were in Silverton to visit family and also rented a beach property. We were very disappointed with the beach property, but this was everything we were expecting and more. The rooms were even better than advertised allowing us to choose within minutes the right spot for everyone. Each has its own charm and uniqueness. For us it was like being at home, especially being able to sit outside on the porch or in the yard to just enjoy the evening. Definitely a place I would stay again!

My hiking group (six women) stayed in this home as part of the Mammoth March event at Silver Falls. We were blown away with this property! Everyone had their own space (and bathroom), the gathering areas were perfect for just relaxing & socializing, the home is super quiet & clean, the kitchen has EVERYTHING, and the location couldn't be better (literally 2 minute walk to downtown). And what made it really feel like "home" were all of the little conveniences (umbrellas by the front door; every kitchen gadget you will need; full coffee/tea setup; bathrooms with fluffy towels, blow dryers and full stock of toiletries; beautiful patio area; and on & on it goes). Thank you Laurie for making our Silverton adventure perfect. We will be back!

Well stocked and very clean! This house was perfect for our big group because not only was it huge with plenty of space to share, but it was centrally located to everything that we needed. We enjoyed walking to dinner and visiting all the shops/bars. The charm of an older house had us swooning, but everything was updated quite nicely. The beds were incredible which was needed after the hiking we did in the area. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. Would absolutely stay here again!

The house was perfect for our family. Being a Bed and Breakfast prior to a VRBO, each room had it's own bathroom which was greatly appreciated. We had 8 people in the house. We never felt crowded or in each others' way. The yard was well maintained and had great outdoor spaces. The interior had a nice size dining room and living room for us to stretch out in. The location was perfect being close to town and restaurants. Laurie, our host, was gracious and available for questions about the house and area. The house was well positioned between Salem, Camby, and Yamhill, all places we travelled for different family events. A great family reunion was had by all. We would definitely rent again! Carolyn

We had a family wedding at silver falls state park. This house was 30 minutes away from the park and in the town of Silverton. We had 9 ppl in the house, never felt crowded and on top of one another. Backyard had lots of sitting for everyone and more! My best part, every bedroom had their own bathroom/shower..if visiting Silverton again, this will be my first choice for lodging.

We were in the area for a wedding at Silverton Falls and had a fabulous stay at this historic home. The location is excellent with great restaurants, coffee shops annd cute vintage stores all within a 5 minute walk. The house is spacious with lots of olde world charm. We had our wedding preparations in the formal living areas and it was the perfect setting.

We had a group of seven 50+yr old adults to do the Salem half Ironman. Our stay was fantastic. Everyone was very comfy in their rooms and we had a blast during our group meals and especially after the event when we relaxed around the living room. The carriage housestorage was super critical for our bikes. The back porch was another hangout where we sat with a persistent deer who was not afraid to sit right with us.

The house is exactly as listed in the description and as detailed by room, bath, and amenities. This house is perfect for a large group/family and is located directly adjacent (5 doors away) to the historic corridor of Silverton. Great restaurants, retail and services make this location perfect! Laurie makes the process easy, has everything ready for you as you would hope, easy access to the house, check-in and checking out! This is one of the simplest of all VRBO’s we’ve stayed. Once we arrived she made it very easy to add the 7th room and extra bathroom. We booked this beautiful Victorian for our family to be close to our sons wedding and the entire stay was perfect; K-Cup coffee ready for us, large refrigerator, all appliances, and laundry items if needed. Central Air with multiple zones made it very comfortable for everyone, and you could turn off the AC and open the doors for a great cross breeze to enjoy. Then the dining room and hall open directly to a back covered patio with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the entire property. We even had an incident and Laurie was very gracious, and that is extremely appreciated! We will certainly be back! Thank you for sharing this beautiful home!

We live in Bend and came to Silverton for my daughter's wedding. This house was perfect for my wife and our extended family. Things we liked were: - great location walking distance to downtown stores and restaurants - nice quiet, relaxing and shaded patio outback - separate bathrooms in each bedroom - well stocked kitchen. I like to cook and this was one of the few houses that had a nice set of knives and a gas stove - well stocked with consumables and extra refrigerator in the carriage house - Oregon Garden nearby was a very nice place for a walk Would definately stay here again if we visit Silverton!

The perfect house! So beautiful inside and out! And the best part, among many was bathrooms in each room, so perfect for families! Also, walking distance to downtown restaurants and shopping. But the very, very best part was Laura the owner who went above and beyond with all my questions and concerns…she felt like a friend and that’s not something you usually get in a rental house. We were here for my daughters wedding. A party of 8 ranging from 18 months to grandma and grandpa. The house is beautiful and it was extremely clean. It’s close to downtown so we were able to get our daily Starbucks fix. Two grocery stores are writhing walking distance and Salem was 20 minutes away. It was an incredible stay and I would recommend to anyone coming to Silverton

This is by far the best vacation rental I’ve ever seen. Five of us came to visit some gardens near Silverton & to hike the falls. The home is beautifully restored, spotlessly clean, bright and spacious! The kitchen has every gadget you could possibly need, including 4 different ways to make coffee! It’s in the perfect location for a stroll through downtown, a quick drive to some beautiful gardens (Sebright & Aelman’s) or a hike to any of the Falls. Thank you Laurie & Taryn for doing such an amazing job restoring this beautiful home!!! I’m already plotting another visit next year!

This is the second time we've stayed here for the annual Silver Falls Marathon weekend. Both times have been absolutely incredible. The home is stunningly clean and well kept. You can tell a lot of love and care goes into maintaining this beautiful property. Property manager is super responsive and easy to work with. I'm sure we'll be back again next year!

I was getting married the weekend we rented this place, needed a house my family could stay in that was close to the venue. It fit all of us comfortably and I was surprised at how stocked and ready to stay it was. Bathrooms had full shampoo and conditioner that were main brand! The only complaints I had was the white room upstairs has a clothes hanger that is broken and falls off the wall easy. And the kitchen appliances were a little to high tech for us. Took me 5 minutes to figure out how to use the microwave and we never could figure out the coffee maker, they did have a Keurig handy so that ended up being ok. We ended up taking photos at the house for my husband and I and they turned out fantastic, couldn’t have asked for a better more romantic place to get ready for mt wedding at

We had come from Washington, Texas, Arizona and New York to celebrate our daughter's wedding at The Woods on Crooked Finger in Scotts Mills and enjoy a reunion of cousins. This lovely home surpassed our hope and expectations - and has now spoiled us for any future vacation rental experience elsewhere. This one sets the bar high! Everyone had their own bedroom with their own private bath (a plus for us 60+ adults!). The home is comfortably laid out so there were plenty of conversation areas for just a few people or the whole group. The kitchen was a dream as we prepared meals together. It truly was the best-stocked kitchen and had absolutely everything we needed. We prepared salads and sides to be taken to the wedding reception for 130 people and were able to comfortably do this in the kitchen. Thank you so much for making this home available. It was a gift to be able to stay there and create some wonderful memories.

This was such a great place to gather and stay for our daughter's wedding held at the Gallon House Farms in July 2021. The beds were amazing. The hosts went above and beyond on the amenities with kitchen supplies, utensils, bedding, towels and extra toiletries. The house is very spacious and each bedrooom has a private bath. Very short walk to downtown Silverton. Very short drive to the Oregon Garden and to many amenities (brewery, Safeway, Starbucks, ...). Had 4 kids and made note of that when reserving but found later that the site says no children. Property worked well for us and the kids but it was very unclear and added a lot of stress at the last minute.
