Between countryside and beach, this old farmhouse completely renovated by us will welcome you in a warm and simple.
It is located 3 minutes from the village of Saint Marc, shops and family beaches.
It will be the ideal starting point to enjoy the beach and the many water activities but also to make beautiful walks on the coast, in the salt marshes or in Brière ... In short, do not wait, come and discover our beautiful region!
Family house comfortable and very well equipped.
On the ground floor, you can enjoy a beautiful living space with open kitchen and friendly with a small shaded terrace for a drink. Large bathroom with XL XL shower. 1 separate WC. On the floor, 2 rooms, an office space and a room of water with washbowl and TOILET. A large room has a bed 160 and a bed 1 place. The other bedroom has a double bed 160 also separable into 2 single beds.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, homely setting. The warm décor made us feel instantly welcome and completely at ease. The spacious bathroom is a real luxury, and all other rooms are equally well-equipped. Sitting outside under the grapevine is pure bliss, and the plancha made outdoor cooking extra enjoyable. The beach and restaurants are within walking distance, perfect for a relaxing stroll. The bakery and supermarket are a little less convenient to reach on foot, but still very close by. A wonderful place to stay and unwind.

Great location for a family with children/teenagers. Fully equiped and lovely decorated apartment. A perfect base to relax at the beautiful near beaches as well as for day trips to many destinations in Bretagne and along the atlantic coast. The host is also very helpful and friendly. Thank you for the great stay.

Location au calme et de très grand confort, à 5 min de la plage en voiture. La maison a beaucoup de charme avec ses pierres apparentes et le niveau d'équipement est excellent (mobilier, électroménager...). Beaucoup de goût dans la décoration, très chaleureuse. A noter, l'accès à l'étage peut être difficile pour les jeunes enfants et les personnes ayant des difficultés à se déplacer (escalier en colimaçon). L'espace extérieur est très agréable aussi avec la terrasse et la belle plancha au gaz. Nous avons bien profité de notre séjour !

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die sehr stilvolle Kombination aus altem Bestand und moderner Einrichtung hat uns gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist perfekt - alles da was man braucht. Einzig ein leistungsstärkeres WiFi hätten wir uns gewünscht. Die Gegend, die Strände, die Freizeitmöglichkeiten bieten nahezu alles was das Herz begehrt. Man kann in 2 Wochen Urlaub gar nicht alles machen ..... Die Vermieter sind sehr diskret, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen !!
