About this apartment rental
Our apartment in the city center is very quiet, safe, comfortable and welcoming; Ideal for resting, working, walking or doing paperwork. Located on the pedestrian Suipacha meters from Av. Córdoba, near the Colon Theater, Pacific Gallery, Florida pedestrian, Av. 9 de Julio and with access to all means of transport (subway, Metrobús).
Equipped for two adults and two children; or 4 friends who can share a double bed and a double sofa bed (1.40 x 1.90 m).
It has 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed, table and chairs, kitchen with washing machine, bathroom with bathtub. And it is equipped with a TV with DIRECTV cable and high speed Wi-Fi of 200 megabytes per IPLAN fiber optic.
We also provide: microwave, refrigerator with freezer, electric clothes drying, steam iron, toaster, coffee maker with filter, juicer, pot, pan, blender, utensils, air conditioning, heating, towels (2) and sheets (100% cotton) of first quality.

Excellent location, walking distance to tourist attractions, grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, etc. The building is a bit dated, but in good repair. For its size and location, I found noise from other units and from the street to be only occasional, and not overly intrusive.
As for the apartment, it was as described, but a little more worn than shown in the photos. It was nice having a full sized refrigerator, plus a kitchen area for cooking. However, the assortment of cooking pots and utensils was limited, and there were no plastic or glass containers for food storage, which eliminated the ability to store leftovers, or food ingredients requiring storage or refrigeration after opening.
Other than these small items, I would recommend staying here, and would consider doing so again myself in future.

The building and apartment were somewhat dated but totally acceptable. The location was top notch within walking distance of all the important attractions in downtown Buenos Aires. Our host did not speak English but he was available via VRBO messenger and responded promptly. I used Google Translate to bridge the language barrier and we were able to easily communicate. We only had 1 minor problem during our stay and he fixed it promptly.

This VRBO is located in a great spot! Just hop downstairs and everything is around you. I would say that, that’s the highlight of this VRBO. It’s definitely dated and after taking a shower to hit the city, the hot and humid hallway and elevator will have you dripping in sweat before you ever leave the property. The bathroom is also very small. I’m 5’4” and the shower was a struggle. It’s tiny! This is the biggest downfall for me but if you are ok with a small dated apartment, tiny bathroom, and very hot and humid hallways / elevators then don’t think twice. Between the price and the location, if you can sacrifice a little it’s definitely a win. Heading to Uruguay via ferry? This place is perfect as it’s a 15 mintute walk to the Buquebus Ferry. Of note, the area around is also very safe to walk at night with plenty of police presence around. Hope this review helps someone!
