About this apartment rental
It is located on the tenth and last floor and from the terrace you can enjoy the view of the ocean and the El Saladar nature reserve: one of the last areas of the Canary Islands where plants able to survive the high tides and where many species of birds, squirrels and other animals.
The 37 sq.m studio apartment was completely renovated in November 2013. It has a terrace with table and chairs, a comfortable area with sofa, large double bed (180x200 cm) and wardrobe, large bathroom with shower, kitchenette with pantry, electric hob, fridge with freezer, microwave oven, toaster , Italian coffee maker and kettle. Included: satellite TV (Spanish, German, English, French, Dutch channels), safe, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, pots, dishes, sheets, blankets, towels, beach towels, fan, welcome kit.
It has Wi-Fi and normally with good speed. However it may happen that the signal is not stable in relation to atmospheric conditions, since it is a satellite signal. Furthermore the connection is limited: 8GB per week at maximum speed, it is sufficient to browse and use e-mail, but NOT to download videos and music.
The building has an elevator, but you have to walk up the last three floors.

Good views from balcony with table and chair of lighthouse, marsh area and sunrise. Well equipped kitchen area and living room area and plenty of towels.Parking always available but sometimes only in gravel car park five minutes walk away.Friendly neighbours help with finding access including ramp access on ground floor.As in description, elevator available for seven floors from the entrance but alternative access by steps from west end of apartment block (walk past Mango Man shop from street and then steps are directly ahead of you) is quicker if you can walk up uneven steps and don't have heavy bags to carry.Very good location close to Lighthouse for access to two miles of beach and shops. Short walk to Cicar and another company for car rental. Promenade is only a few minutes' walk away.Hiperdino well stocked supermarket is one minute's walk from the ground floor entrance to the apartment block.Overall an excellent location for a vacation in Morro Jable as long as you can climb up a couple of flights of stairs.

The property is inside a residential building,
It was easy to find and very well placed for all that the resort has to offer.
The appartment was very well designed and had everything that We needed. The space was very well utilised. The view from the balcony is lovely and the balcony is a decent size.
We had a perfectly enjoyable week there.
