This beautiful home is perfect for your family beach vacation! There is room for everyone in the spacious floor plan, with 3 king beds, 1 queen bed and 2 sleeper sofas. We've recently made some updates to this home and we're sure you'll like what you see!
We keep all our homes clean and well-updated and pay attention to amenities you expect, such as high-speed internet (free Wi-Fi), nice flat-screen TVs, high-definition cable, hair dryers in each bathroom, high quality bath towels, bed linens and more. We also provide items our smaller guests may need like a highchair and pack-n-play.

First Floor
Walk into the SPACIOUS LIVING ROOM with crown molding, sleeper sofa, loveseat, chair & ottoman and an extra-large flat-screen TV. It's a great place to relax after a day of fun at the pool or the beach. The living area is open to the kitchen and dining area, so there is plenty of room for your group to enjoy time together.
The DINING AREA seats up to 8, with seating for 4 more at the large kitchen counter. You'll enjoy cooking in the BEAUTIFUL KITCHEN with plenty of counter space and stainless-steel appliances. You'll appreciate the convenient pantry with drawers - it's great to have space to store your groceries! We want you to feel at home right away, so we have equipped this kitchen with a blender, toaster, hand mixer, plenty of dishes, flatware, cookware, Keurig K-Cup coffee maker and a regular drip coffee maker.

LAUNDRY ROOM – You'll certainly appreciate the spacious laundry room in this home. It's conveniently located on the main floor and includes a full-size washer & dryer, storage shelves, an iron and ironing board.

BEDROOM #1 - KING MASTER
On the main level, you will find a large, private bedroom with a King bed and side tables. There is a dresser and closet, so you can unpack and make yourself at home. There's a flat-screen TV here too for enjoying a game or a favorite show.

Bathroom #1
Adjacent to BEDROOM #1 on the main floor, the well-appointed full bathroom features a commode, vanity with sink and an extra-large walk-in tile shower.
Second Level

BEDROOM #2 - KING MASTER SUITE WITH ATTACHED BATH
This extra-large King Master Suite features a king bed with two nightstands and reading lamps. There's a sleeper sofa here for two more guests too. Two comfortable chairs and an ottoman provide plenty of room to relax here too. This is a great room for couples or a small family. You will appreciate the flat-screen TV, and 2 large closets. Private access to the balcony is another special feature of this space.
Bathroom #2 Private Ensuite for BEDROOM #2
This large private bath is attached to Bedroom #2- King Master Suite. It features a commode, two separate vanities with sinks and a tub/shower combination.

BEDROOM #3 - KING MASTER
Also on the second level is this comfortable King Master Bedroom with bedside tables and reading lamps. You'll find a closet, dresser and TV here too. Another entrance to the large balcony is just down the hall.

Bathroom #3
Enter this well-appointed full bath from the 2nd-floor hallway. It is shared by BEDROOM #3 King & BEDROOM #4 Queen guests. It features a commode, vanity with sink, and a tub/shower combination. .

BEDROOM #4 - QUEEN Bedroom
This comfortable bedroom is perfect for a couple or children. It features an inviting queen bed, side table with lamp and convenient dresser - so you can unpack and make yourself at home. There's also a flat-screen TV. Guests will share the full bathroom just down the hall.

BEACH and POOL – This home in the Villages of Crystal Beach offers the best of both! You'll enjoy resort-style amenities including a lagoon style pool with 30,000 square feet of gorgeous, sparkling clean water, with a walk-in area, three waterfalls, spa, and lavish landscaping. There are plenty of seating areas for your group to enjoy. You'll also find a Tiki Bar to enhance the resort-style atmosphere.
When you're ready to feel the sand between your toes, walk the short 4 blocks to the beach, or hop on the free, seasonal trolley (Spring Break, Memorial Day weekend through October.)
The community pool is heated during spring break and winter holiday weeks, as long as the outside temperature is at least 65 degrees.
Parking. You may park up to 3 vehicles at this home, depending on size. There are two additional parking lots in the neighborhood. Golf carts, scooters, boats, motorcycles, trailers, jet-skis, RVs, U-hauls, etc. are not allowed inside the neighborhood gates.

Crystal Beach Living – Relaxed, Residential, & Walkable: Crystal Beach is a charming seaside community located across from the Bass Pro Shop on the East side of the city of Destin. It's a terrific residential area, yet close to restaurants and activities. Walk to Twirls Frozen Yogurt, Marble Slab Creamery, Subway, Cracker Barrel, Chili's, Olive Garden, Outback Steakhouse, and a lot more. Destin Commons, a beautiful upscale shopping and entertainment center, is right across Hwy 98. It features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Whole Foods, World of Beer, Panera Bread, Uncle Buck's Fishbowl & Grill, AMC Theater with IMAX and much more.

PET FRIENDLY
We are pet friendly and welcome your dogs in our home. There is a $300 plus taxes and fees per dog extra fee and your dog must be pre-approved by the owner. Only dogs are allowed (no other pets). Please include the breed/size/age of your dogs in your inquiry for pre-approval. This home is located at the end of the street - with extra space next to the house to walk your dogs.

🏡 House Rules for Tahitian Turtle
Occupancy: Max 12 guests.
Signed rental agreement and security verification is required within 48 hours of the reservation.
Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 25+ and stay the entire trip.
Pets: Dog-friendly with prior approval and $300 pet fee per dog. Limit 1–2 dogs only. No other pets allowed.
No Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the home or near doors and windows.
Parking: Park up to 3 vehicles in driveway. No golf carts, scooters, boats, trailers, motorcycles, or RVs allowed inside the community gates.
Pool Use: Enjoy the community lagoon pool and amenities. Please observe posted pool rules.
Towels & Linens: Keep bath towels indoors. Place used towels in bathrooms before checkout.
Outdoor Areas: Clean grill after use and respect outdoor spaces.
Trash: Bag and dispose of all trash properly in outdoor bins before departure.
Departure: Turn off all lights, TVs, appliances, and securely lock doors and windows when leaving.
