About this villa rental
Wonderful and peaceful villa with private pool in Jávea, coastal and residential area. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet, distributed over 2 floors. The accommodation offers great privacy, a wonderful garden with lawn and trees, a private pool and mountain views. The comfort, proximity to the beach and leisure sites, make this luxury villa an ideal accommodation to spend your holidays with family or friends.
Accommodation
Located on two floors, Villa Abaesko offers a charming open-plan living room and dining room where groups and families have enough space to gather and enjoy time together. Meals can be served in this area, and the elegant dining table makes it an excellent place for more formal meals. The spacious living room behind the dining room offers sofas to relax, with movies on the wall-mounted cable TV! A guest bathroom is located on this floor, which also houses the kitchen. Fully equipped, it offers an electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, and a comfortable table and chairs located next to a window with beautiful views of the outside.
The first of the three bedrooms is located on the ground floor and offers direct access to the kitchen and outdoor areas. A double bed and an en-suite bathroom ensure that you can find your refuge in this villa. Upstairs, guests are offered two other beautiful rooms, one with three single beds and another with a double bed. Both rooms have ceiling fans to cool down in the warm climate, and both share a beautiful bathroom!
The vibrant green of the outdoor lawn together with the bright blue of the outdoor pool sits wonderfully with the vivid colours of the plants around the villa to give your eyes a feast of colours. Dine outdoors at the dining table under a straw roof while the mountain slope views provide a beautiful backdrop for meals. Take a dip in the outdoor pool for hours, next to the quiet lawn or walk barefoot on its grass while heading to the sun loungers to relax

Very nice secure Villa with nice decorations.
The pool is looking a bit worn and is missing some tiles, could do with more outside chair and subbed cushions, bed mattresses are hard. But overall it was a lovely place with excellent surrounding beaches, towns etc. we would definitely return.

comfortable living areas, lovely pool area. villa was private, not over looked. quiet neighbourhood
mattress’ a little uncomfortable in both doubles, jacuzzi bath not working, tiles in pool broken in parts, wifi was in and out. No street lighting, unsafe to walk at night time

Open spacious Modern feel with traditional twist, the layout, the pool area, smart TV with Netflix for rainy days, 3 single beds in one room for the kids, very peaceful neighbourhood, close to moraira and javea, clean towels. Very nice villa, we enjoyed our stay and would return
They have no street lights on urbanisation, very dark at night time, walking to the local restaurant etc is not ideal. Both double beds a bit to firm.
