Delightful apartment near the sea (the beach is 50 meters away) with two bedrooms, one double and one with a bunk bed which, if desired, can become a double.
You can reach the floor also with a lift, no architectural barriers present.
Cross Viale Carducci and arrive at the beach.
A few meters away there are bars, shops, pharmacies, grocery stores and pubs.
Great location for any need.
Right above the Cafe Mulato!
