About this apartment rental
Our modern apartments are located in a 2 unit house (built in 2006) in Dürrnhaar about 6 miles from the southeastern outskirts of Munich. The S-Bahn station can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes. Free Internet access is available. Parking spaces are available in front of the house. Towels, bed linen, internet access, utilities and final cleaning are included in the rent. Bringing pets is not allowed. These are non-smoking apartments.
Apartment B has on the ground floor a large living-dining-kitchen area with a small bathroom (toilet / shower) and upstairs 3 bedrooms with large bathroom (shower / bath / WC).
All our apartments are in accordance with local legal requirements for short term rentals.
### Covid19/Coronavirus ###
Pls be aware that there are currently restrictions in Bavaria, which apply to all Holiday Homes, Hotels and Camping sites. From May 30, 2020 all these places are open again, but there are restrictions according travel groups. It is only allowed to stay together with people who have the same place of living (household), e.g. families.

The owner was very helpful and made great suggestions for hiking, restaurants and swimming. The entire apartment is well maintained, with lots of room for a family of 5. Everything is clean and it is very pleasant to enjoy the light in all the rooms, especially the dining room and living room. 8-minute walk from the train station, 40 minutes to get to MarienPlatz in Munich. Wonderful overall.

Such a wonderful stay in this small town, yet such a quick trip into the hustle and bustle of Munich and all it has to see. Owners are fantastic, super responsive and provide everything you need!

We stayed for 5 nights and completely loved the location of this property. The village of Aying was perfect. There is a grocery store not too far away and the Aying Am Platzl restaurant was top notch. Our host was friendly and welcoming. It was easy to get into Munich for all of our sightseeing needs.
