About this villa rental
Casa Luis sits in an idyllic rural location to the north of Felantix which is easily reached within a 10 minutes drive for shopping and amenities. This newly built one storey "L" shaped country house has 4 double bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 8 guests (plus 2 infants). The interiors are modern, spacious and light with large windows and careful thought to decoration, radiant walls, white beamed ceilings and matt sandstone floor tiles add to the bright atmosphere and are only broken by the contrast of the natural dark wood on windows/door frames. Outside the large terrace with portable barbecue is partly covered with an awning providing shade and lavishly furnished with both a large dining table/chairs and a lounge area in chic rattan materials. The private pool with turquoise mosaic tiles sits between the terrace and an area which has been laid with lush green artificial turf for relaxation under the Mallorca sun on the comfortable loungers provided. This beautiful new construction Finca is ideal for those seeking a peaceful and tranquil holiday in a contemporary rural retreat.

Distributed over one floor: The open living area has a wall-mounted flat screen TV (satellite TV, WiFi, iPod docking station, DVD player), fireplace and comfortable sofas. The long dining table/chairs in a bright vintage look creates the connection to the kitchen which is separated by a sophisticated counter unit with a central island and country kitchen behind it (fully equipped with appliances and all that is needed for a self catering holiday). The four bedrooms are bright with plenty of storage and the master bedroom benefits from en-suite bathroom whereas the other two bathrooms are freely accessible from the hallway, each have their own trendy design with floor-to-ceiling walk-in showers and exclusive tiles in either a wood, stone or grey mosaic.
The property is supplied with solar energy in a timely and climate-neutral manner and therefore it is not possible to install devices that require a lot of power, such as air conditioning or pool lights.

We stayed in the house for 10 days with the whole family (6 adults, 2 children).
An unpaved road leads to the house, so you initially assume that you are lost.
But when you arrive at the gate, you will be immediately rewarded.
This beautiful house is surrounded by plants and olive groves and there are no neighbors in the immediate area, so it doesn't bother anyone if the children play a little louder in the pool. We really appreciated that.
Luis is a very nice host. He only speaks Spanish, but communication worked wonderfully with his translation app.
The house is equipped with everything you need for everyday life and offers more than enough space for the whole family. The spacious indoor and outdoor tables invite you to linger together.
Shops and grocery stores can be reached within 10 minutes and the nearest beach can be reached in about 30 minutes by car.
The area is beautiful and offers a lot to discover.
We felt completely comfortable and can 100% recommend this accommodation to anyone who prefers a quieter Mallorca holiday.
If we travel again with the whole family, or a bigger group, we would definitely choose this location again.
