The Place:
On the Esplanade of North Shore, Geelong offering uninterrupted views of the Geelong Port and Harbour. The house is literally on the shore and 250 meters from the only Beach at North Shore and 950 meters from North Shore Train Station and new Geelong Port for SPIRIT of TASMANIA. 4 bedrooms up to 12 sleeping, 2 full Bathrooms. There is an in-ground swimming pool, 5 car park within. panel heating at bedrooms, main lounge & meals have gas heating and a Reverse Cycle Split AC.
The entire property is under Video Surveillance. There are 12 security Cameras covering the whole outside and entrances of the property.
Guest Access:
Entire place except for pool filtration corner, Locked up Shed next to pool and garage.
It is important guests do not smoke inside. They can smoke outside but MUST NOT throw cigarette butts.
Finding Cigarette butts will incur a penalty.
Other Things To Note:
Children must be supervised all the time while they are using the Pool. Pool gate must be kept close by the key provided if not using, though it is self-closing with a triple lock.
Extra light globes, First Aid kits and other bits and pieces are stored in the Pale Green Showcases located in the meals area. Guests are welcome to contact us in any need.

We didnt get to use the pool but the house was spacious and clean. Great outlook to the bay. Hosts were lovely and accommodating. Beds were comfy. I would stay again.

Wonderful Getaway Home, which provides everything you will need. Travel lite, enjoy the morning sunrise, walks, fishing, and more.The pool and backyard is a comfortable setting for the families to enjoy. The house was equipped with more than enough towels, sheets, and essentials. Enjoy a comfortable 4 day getaway and will be returning

We had an absolutely amazing Christmas at the property. Myself and 11 friends enjoyed ourselves so much for the two days we were at the property. The house had everything we needed.
We had moved the dining table to the side of the room to be able to clean properly and noticed the leg was wobbly. We stripped all of the linen and put it in the washing machine for the cleaners to wash it. We ensured all of the rubbish was put away into the bins. Our check out was at 11am so we made sure the house was cleaned (although we are not the cleaners we wanted to ensure we could help) we had left a couple of towels in the bathroom and forgot to wipe the inside of the oven after use. Note again *we are not the cleaners* after leaving the property we get a call from the host to say he was unhappy we had moved the table as the leg was already broken then changed his mind to accuse us of breaking the table and the fridge? Would recommend staying here again but would suggest being mindful to note any issues ie the fridge making a noise and the table leg being wobbly as this host will then try to blame you for it.
