Loft de montaña Los Guayacanes

La cabaña es amplia, las camas son cómodas y está muy limpio y ordenado. La comunicación fue muy fluida y precisa para llegar sin contratiempos. En en baño había unos jaboncitos organicos muy agradables. Las vistas preciosas. Tiene un espacio afuera con futbolito y estufa.

La calefacción es con estufas a gas, en esta fecha era insuficiente y pasamos un poco de frío. Hay filtraciones de aire entre las aberturas y madera por lo que costaba templar la habitación. Si bien la cocina está equipada, con microondas y anafe, sumaria un horno para poder comer algo caliente. No usamos la tinaja caliente, se paga aparte, debería ser un servicio por el costo del alojamiento.

Le lieu est magique, la vue sur la cordillère au couché du soleil dans la tinaja c'est un bonheur. L'endroit est très calme. Nous étions avec notre enfant et le lieu est bien sécurisé. Nous avons été bien reçu. Nous sommes partis en espérant un jour revenir.

The house was actually nice, same as the surroundings.

Most of all, communication with the hosts was problematic and in a way ruined our trip, as we were made to leave before the checkout time, as well as being called thieves for a bank transfer that was delayed by a couple of hours (they don't accept cards). Sadly, their behaviour was a sad moment in our trip and they could have handled it in a professional way. Moreover, there was no shampoo in the facilities. Lastly, there was a somewhat overpriced charge for using the hot tub, which however might have been stated beforehand (I haven't checked).
