El apartamento es pequeño ideal para una persona o pareja para corto tiempo. El Barrio es Tranquilo con supemercado y tiendas alrededor. Hay muchos lugares para comer, pero no para turistas, eran restaurante locales. El edificio tenia seguridad las 24 horas. El dueño Peris, bastante amable, atento a nuestras necesisades. Alice la chica de la limpieza, tambien muy amable y atenta.
El apartamento aparentaba bastante falta de mantenimiento, cajones de los armarios rotos, falta de limpieza en lugares no visibles, como interior armario del baño, aunque tenia cocina, apenas tenias utilies para cocinar, solo tenia un tenedor, incluso tuve que compra cucharillas para poder prepararme el cafe. No lo recomendaría para largo temporada. Aunque el barrio no aparentaba falta de seguridad, se apreciaba que no había muchos turistas por la zona, como en otros barrios como Kilimaini, Westland, etc..
