All Season Escape to a Beautiful Large Quality Lakefront Estate. Gorgeous views, fenced yard, dog friendly, nature, Hot tub, heated pool seasonal, large beach, shallow water, large private beautiful property. High-Speed Fiber Wifi. Great Large dining room with windows across the lake side of the home to enjoy the lake views and the skyline. Beautiful and tranquil all year round.
The Beautiful large heated pool and hot tub are both on the lakeside to provide views of the water and skyline. This is special. Note pool is open from spring to fall : mid May end of Sept subject to weather.
This is a Monthly, seasonal rental or longer. Have your own lake home for 4 + weeks or for the season. Available year round. Please inquire. We do have a lake property that is a available for short term rentals.

Great Lake views in the morning beautiful sunrise and the sunset at the end of the day. So relaxing. You feel like you are away from it all .....while you are still close to town, shopping, the falls, Buffalo. Ridgeway is close by with a nice small-town feel, quality restaurants, and tavern. There is grocery, drug store, amenities all in the area.
Spectacular Lake and Skyline Views !! Words cannot describe the beauty. From the inside to the outside morning, day, and night sunrise to the nighttime skyline. See our pictures. It is amazing.
This is a quiet area. We ask and require you to please respect the Neighbours and Environment. No Parties are permitted and No Noise Disturbances for the neighbors. Please no loud music, yelling, vulgar language, etc. This is at any time of day. There is zero tolerance as this is key for being good neighbors.
There is shopping, grocery, pharmacy, urgent care, golf courses near by and a biking and walking trail, Ridgeway shops, Crystal beach area. The famous Niagara Falls is only 20 minutes away and buffalo is only 20 minutes.

This home was the perfect place for our family to enjoy spring break….beautiful location for catching sunset while relaxing inside or out! Close enough to Niagara Falls & so many other area attractions including some of the wineries, but far enough to relax away from the tourist areas. The owners were wonderful and close by for any issues that could arise, also full of helpful tips about the area.

The property is great there is tons of space for activities! Having two houses was great for COVID-19. The cottages have everything you need: pool, hot tub, two barbecues, paddle boat and paddle board. Overall a really great place to spend time.
