Luxurious and cozy house, with much comfort and leisure. It has air conditioning in all rooms, as well as ceiling fans, 40 inch Led TV w / digital antenna, DVD in the internal room, 2 bedrooms and 1 suite, living room with 3 environments (Living, Dining and TV), kitchen (stove , fridge freezer and microwave). Large outdoor area with balcony with sofa cover and armchairs, barbecue area (cooktop, minibar and 40 inch LCD TV with digital antenna and table for 8 people), adult pool with hydro and children's pool, waterfall, garage for 2 cars, total 3 bathrooms in the house, laundry, beautiful garden around the pool, fine workmanship and nice decor. Casa maravilhosa, perto da praia, com uma piscina que parece ser aquecida nos dias de sol pois fica quentinha, pouco pernilongo (colocando aquelas tomadas de repelente é suficiente) ar condicionado em todos os cômodos que salva, cozinha completa, corretora Bárbara atenciosa e Paula dona super prestativa e solicita, resolveu todos os imprevistos que aconteceram na nossa estadia. Resumindo dias maravilhosos em uma casa segura, voltarei em breve se Deus quiser.

Amamos o imóvel, a piscina, toda a limpeza, tudo impecável ! Bem segura sempre tem seguranças nos arredores. Muito bom ! Voltaremos mais vezes minha família adorou. Ótima para senhoras de idade.
