The Space:

Soft light filters through the tall evergreens as you return from a day on the slopes, stepping inside to the comforting glow of the gas fireplace. Snow settles quietly around the surrounding forest, and the warmth of the living space invites you to unwind with family or friends. A private hot tub on the deck waits for a soothing soak, the perfect way to ease into a winter evening in Whistler.



Living spaces

The open-concept living area provides a relaxed and welcoming place to gather, framed by a vaulted ceiling and windows that look out to the trees. A wraparound sofa offers space to stretch out by the fireplace, with a TV and stereo nearby for simple entertainment. The connected dining area seats eight, making it easy to share meals and stories after exploring Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is equipped for comfortable meal preparation, complete with stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and all the essentials you need for breakfasts before hitting the slopes or warm dinners after a cold day outdoors. The dining table sits beside the forest-facing windows, creating a calm and scenic backdrop for morning coffee or evening meals.



Sleeping arrangements

Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, TV with cable, a private balcony, and an ensuite with a walk-in glass shower, deep soaking bathtub, and double vanity. On the lower level, the second bedroom offers a queen bed and an ensuite bath, while the third bedroom includes a king-split bed that can convert to two twins. A den on this level provides a tri-bunk bed suited for kids or additional guests. While this space is designed as a den and does not have an external window, it offers a comfortable and private sleeping space. A third bathroom with a bathtub and double vanity serves this floor, and a powder room is conveniently located on the main level.



Outdoor living

The deck features a private sunken hot tub and a seasonal BBQ, set among the surrounding evergreens for a peaceful outdoor experience. The entry area includes space for ski gear, and guests have access to a private garage along with additional driveway parking.

You will have free washer and dryer access, high-speed Wi-Fi, heating, portable fans, a safe, and essential linens and toiletries. Ski access & neighborhood

Located in the Cedar Ridge complex above the Upper Village, this townhouse sits along the Village Run trail, offering direct ski access that makes coming and going from the mountain seamless. The Benchlands neighborhood provides a quiet, forested setting while keeping you close to Whistler’s shops, dining, and gondolas. Ski access is typically available from late December through March, depending on snow conditions.



This mountainside retreat brings together winter comfort, forest views, and thoughtful conveniences, giving you a calm, welcoming base for your Whistler stay.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Cedar Ridge is a collection of sought-after townhomes perched adjacent to the Village Run, offering rare and seamless ski-in/ski-out access to both Whistler and Excalibur gondolas. Set in Whistler’s sought-after Benchlands neighbourhood, the area is known for its peaceful mountain setting close to Whistler’s key amenities.



Getting Around:

• 2-minute walk (up the complex driveway) to Village ski run

• 15-minute walk to Upper Village

• 20-minute walk to the Village Stroll

• 25-minute walk to Chateau Fairmont golf course

• 45-minute walk or 15-minute cycle to Lost Lake

• 15-minute walk to the Upper Village Market

• 5-minute drive to Fresh St. Market

• #7 Staff housing bus to the Village: Exit the complex and cross Glacier Drive, bus stop will be on the right going downhill



Other Things to Note:

• No window in the den. Please note that there are no windows in the room with the tri-bunk

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

We have stayed at Cedar Ridge 26 three times. Lovely property, well equipped kitchen, great for extended family holidays. Really easy ski in and ski out to Whistler base, slightly longer walk to access Blackcomb base but also very doable. Whistler Platinum are very responsive.

This condo looks as good in person as the pictures. Kitchen was very well stocked with all the utensils, pots, pans, equipment, etc. Master bedroom upstairs and 3 separate bedrooms downstairs. All 4 bedrooms are private with a closed door. One of the bedrooms downstairs probably can't be officially called a bedroom for real estate purposes because it doesn't have a window, but functions as a bedroom and is private with a standard door. The property is ski in/ski out. Access to the ski area is a short 100 meter walk to the slope which takes you to the Whistler base area. Condo has a small garage that could fit a small/medium vehicle. There is also a driveway and a parking pass to park in a lot within the community. I would highly recommend this property to any group. There is not an easy walking path to the village from this property. We walked along the side of the road, but can't say I would recommend that. Bus stop at the entrance to the property if you're willing to wait and don't have a car of your own to get around. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful townhouse and the management company is very responsive. We were dissapointed that it is NOT Ski in Ski out as listed. It is more like walk 100 - 200 yards on an iced out road in the morning to the ski in ski out location.
