K dispozici celý domek, kuchyně, obývací pokoj a ložnice, vše prostorné a vybavené vším potřebným. K domku náleží poměrně velká uzavřená zahrada s venkovním posezením a ohništěm a možností parkování auta. V blízkosti je obchod s potravinami a několik půjčoven elektrokol pro cyklovýlet na Královu holu, což je hlavní atrakce osady Šumiac. Místo je velmi klidné a ubytování je vhodné I na delší pobyt. Velmi dobra komunikace s majitelem přes e-mail, WhatsApp (majitel nebyl přítomen), veškeré informace k ubytování jsme dostali včas. S pobytem jsme byli maximálně spokojeni a ubytování lze jen doporučit pro ty, kteří hledají klid a chtějí poznat tento kout Slovenska. The entire house is available for use, featuring a kitchen, living room, and bedroom—all spacious and fully equipped with everything necessary. The property includes a fairly large, enclosed garden with outdoor seating, a fire pit, and parking space. A grocery store and several e-bike rental shops are nearby, perfect for a cycling trip to Kráľova hoľa, the main attraction of the village of Šumiac. The location is very peaceful, making the accommodation suitable even for longer stay. Communication with the owner via email and WhatsApp was excellent (the owner was not on-site), and we received all the necessary information well in advance. We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay and highly recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking peace and quiet while exploring this corner of Slovakia.

This is a great choice when you look for something different than all these cozy modern apartments. Everything you need is here: inside there is a lot of space. The kitchen is convenient with all the tools and even the spices. Comfortable sleeping room and a spacey bathroom and living room. All in an old wooden house in a nice village. In addition you have a big garden where you can eat in a shadow of several big beautiful trees. When you add a great contact with the hosts (responsive, helpful, caring) - you have all you need for your trip. Did I need to mention that a wooden house is nicely chilly in the summer heat? Go and experience it all yourself!
