La Luna Nel Pozzo

Il soggiorno è stato perfetto! La struttura i servizi offerti sono stati impeccabili, così come l’accoglienza e la disponibilità di Elisa.

La Luna Nel Pizzo is located in the tiny village of Gello Biscardo, home to just ten residents. The village is truly idyllic – like stepping back in time. The accommodation consists of five beautifully renovated village houses, two of which we had rented. One of the houses faced south towards the sun, making it warm and full of light even in autumn. The pool was nice and the garden around it truly idyllic. Our host Elisa was wonderfully kind and helpful. Once we accidentally locked the keys inside, and she came from a bit further away to open the door for us, always with a smile.

One of the apartments we rented was in the shade: it was cold and dark. Gas heating costs €4 per hour (!) and we decided not to use it. The heating cost is definitely something to keep in mind if visiting outside the warm season. The other apartment was bright and warm, but it had some local insects (a type of beetle) that made noise while flying. Although pest control was attempted, a few of them remained in the apartment. The restaurant’s dinner was nothing special, and breakfast was very basic. The pool area is located about 300 meters from the apartments. The property is located high up in the mountains, which is worth noting. The nearest grocery stores are small and not very close, and finding a good dinner restaurant requires quite a drive. After three nights we decided to change accommodation, as we got tired of the insects in one apartment and the cold in the other.

Piccolissimo ma incantevole borgo, ideale per chi cerca tranquillità, inserito nella natura e molto caratteristico. Gentilezza del personale, pulizia e appartamento con camino molto accogliente hanno completato il tutto. Sito a pochi km da Arezzo. Il ristorantino annesso, molto carino e intimo, ci ha proposto piatti di qualità e cortesia.

La colazione non era all'altezza, ci aspettavamo un po' più di qualità, magari cose semplici ma "caserecce".

Eliza war eine sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Das wunderschöne, kleine Dorf hatte gerade einmal 10 Einwohner. Wir hatten absolute Ruhe. Wir kamen mit Auto und Anhänger für Motorräder und haben uns sehr über den großen Parkplatz gefreut. Unser Apartment "Carbonaia" war klein, über 2 Etagen, aber mit viel Charme und liebe zum rustikalen Detail eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse reichhaltig und es gab neben dem üblichen Süßkram auch Aufschnitt, Käse und eine tägliche wechselnde Eierspeise. Obst war immer vorhanden und es gab auch Vollkorntoast neben dem üblichen weißbrot. Die Unterkunft liegt wunderschön mitten in den Bergen und etwas abgelegen, man sollte also definitiv mobil sein.

Das Apartment hatte keine gemütliche Sitzgelegenheit für 2. Vor dem Kamin steht eine Holzbank und ein einzelner Sessel. Um es uns vor dem schönen Kamin gemütlich zu machen, haben wir Decken auf dem Boden ausgebreitet, was aber auch sehr gemütlich war.
