This beach front development in Polyxenia boasts prime location in Pernera, nestled in a sandy cove, with a fantastic, brand new communal pool and restaurant - right on the beach, with a wonderful promenade connecting Pernera and nearby Protaras, ideal for an evening stroll.
The apartment is maintained to a high standard and has leather sofa bed in the lounge, a fully fitted kitchen and TV/DVD with local English speaking channels. There is air conditioning throughout and a great outside patio area for outside dining.

The apartment is well fitted with important essentials for self-caterers including a glass hob, oven, kettle, toaster, washing machine etc. Air conditioning in kitchen dining sitting area and bedroom were important given the temperature and the terrace with table, 4 chairs and a parasol was a comfortable place to chill with an iced glass of Cyprus Spirit! Location was fabulous with 2 x Greek tavernas, 2 x Italians, 2 x Mexicans and loads more within as little as 2 minutes walk ..... but not in the least bit noisy. Beach at Polyxenia 5 minutes walk with sun beds (2 + parasol) at 9 euros which you can then trade in for food and drink at the pool bar!
Paul very helpful. Air con in kitchen went down at 6pm and it was fixed next day. Thanks Paul. Special mention to bakery next door. All you need from a mini market and we even got discounts for being next door! And if he did not have it he would get it for you!
All in all, a good find .... great apartment, great location
