The resort-like hot spring hotel that you want to come back and enjoy again.
The food is overall good. We liked the breakfast & dinner so much. The vibe of the hotel is VERY nice. Everyone's vacationing and enjoying the hot spring here.
Do expect to speak Spanish here. Most of the staffs are very helpful but they rarely speak in English.

No lo recomiendo!!!
The staff was friendly and clean.
I would never back or recommend here. I am world traveler and this was the first awkward experience. I book the room with double bed because we are 4 people. In reception they charged me the price of 2 rooms . The most expensive experience that is not worth the hotel. I had paid less money in luxury places and beautiful hotels.

Won’t return
The spa
The roads are horrible, there’s no hot water in the shower, there were dead cockroaches in our “clean” room when we arrived. Bad organization for meals, water in hotel guest pool was not hot..workers had to get permission to raise the temp and add hot water, hot tub in guest pool was colder than the larger pool. Lots of time loss to check in and check out, Upon check out you have to wait for staff to check your room before they give you pass to leave. WiFi services are practically non existent.

A simple, healthy place to soak away the stress of the big city
I love the curative mineral / sulfur thermal waters & especially the huge bath in the room and the delicious local food at meals -- also some employees went out of their way to be helpful , much appreciated !
Staff on front desk could be more welcoming at check-in & of course, the lack of internet

It was an expensive vacation.
The attractive of the place is the hot Springs and the landscape. The hotel is in the middle of a forest.
The attractive of the place is the hot Springs; however, they only have one regular size pool for the guest of the hotel. As a consequence, it is always full. The hotel includes three meals in the price; however, the schedules to serve the meals are too reduced. They just give two hours to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Besides, the selection of dishes in the bufett is quite limited. They just have two options for each dish and there is not a chef preparing any special request. The check in is at 3 p.m and the check out is at 12 p.m. If you exceed the time, they charge you $400 (pesos). They charged me a junior suite and the room was very basic and simple, no luxury included to be a junior suite. It didn't have a hair dryer, iron or iron board, they didn't offer coffee or tea. I asked for a hair dryer and extra soap (there was just a small bar of soap and a small bottle of shampoo in the bathroom) and they said that I had to go to the front desk to pick them up. They said that they did not have enough people to send it. The price does not correspond with the food, services, and amenities they offered; specially for the country and region where this hotel is located.
