I had a great overall experience at the hotel. The property itself was well-maintained and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options, and the spa facilities were a highlight. I especially enjoyed the Turkish bath

Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing. I am a returning guest and this was my fourth time at the hotel, but the experience this time was far below expectations. The check-in process was poor, the room was not up to standard, and the cleaning was inadequate. Additionally, the staff and overall customer service did not meet the level I had experienced in previous visits. Due to this experience, I was not satisfied with my stay and will not be returning.

Breakfast was good. Location was alright for our needs. We had some problems not related to hotel and the staff were really helpful so much appreciated for that. Did not hear the street sounds at all from hotel room.

We had plumbing problems in our room. The toilet was making sounds all night, could not sleep, they could not fix it day one and fixed it next day - quite an annoying problem. Shower was noisy when used but otherwise fine. Bathroom facilities were quite old I suppose. No place to hang jackets or longer cloth, the only space for that was occupied by ironing board which we had to move to the bathroom. Lamp did not light up on my side of the bed, only lit up when the main lighting was on, on other side of the bed worked correct. Windows were very very dirty.
