Good but noisy

Excellent location, right in front of the best raclette restaurant in the valley and just a few minutes’ walk from QC Terme. Great breakfast as well, with delicious homemade cakes. The room was generally clean, although some details could have been improved. The staff were very kind and helpful, they even provided us with a snow shovel to free our car from the parking area.

Extremely noisy, both from the other rooms, the corridor, and the street. You can clearly hear other guests talking inside their rooms. The chairs had no felt pads and made a terrible screeching noise, both ours and those of the other guests. We happened to stay on a snowy night and could barely sleep because of the snowplows.

The only thing I have appreciated is that the staff was kind.

The room was incredibly small with furniture very old fashioned and not comfortable and neglected. On top of this the temperature of the room was quite cold such to make uncomfortable taking a shower.

Close to the Spa, but better if you go somewhere else

it was very clean and close to the Spa.

The staff. Breakfast was pretty good but the fruit was bad. We stayed 2 days, the first day there was a rotten orange in the basket, the second day a rotten pear. It was very noisy at night, the second night there was noise coming from the kitchen at 11.30pm and the owners were very loud. We had to call the front desk twice because we could not sleep. The front desk staff was pretty rude too. The servers and all the staff were unprofessional. Bedrooms were ok, cozy .. but In our bedroom there was a large pillar that was placed right in front of the tv, we couldn’t watch it.

La disponibilità e gentilezza del personale.Ho avuto problemi a causa dello sciopero e si sono offerti,poi son riuscita coni mezzi pubblici,di venirmi a prendere fino ad Aosta e se non fossi riuscita ad arrivare di non farmi perdere i soldi del mancato utilizzo della stanza. Mi hanno prestato un ombrello,che mi è stato rubato alle terme,ma non me l'hanno fatto pagare . posizione molto comoda sia rispetto alle terme che hai mezzi pubblici.C'è la possibilità di avere uno sconto del 20%sull'ingresso alle terme. Consiglio di farle, eventualmente,prenotare contestualmente alla prenotazione della stanza. I prezzi aumentano col passare dei giorni,prima si fa la prenotazione e più si risparmia.

Un po' di lentezza nel rifornire il buffet della colazione,ma cmq la gentilezza ha supplito le piccole mancanze

Il paese delle meraviglie

Il panorama che si ammirava da un balconcino caratteristico della zona, il suono del fiume Dora in sottofondo, la stanza pulitissima accogliente e letti molto comodi, colazione buona.

Manca l'aria condizionata in stanza ma ad ogni modo non serviva in quanto la sera si dormiva bene e questo ad Agosto.

L' impegno personale dello staff della reception, del ristorante e della cucina: hanno cercato di sopperire alle incredibili carenze delle persone addette ai piani e alle condizioni delle camere e della struttura nel suo complesso. Credo che la classificazione "3 stelle" dell' albergo vada rivista decisamente al ribasso
