The chalet is well designed. The terrain is set out for families with kids who also want to play. The trampoline was a big favourite.

Most relaxing and peaceful. They were more that accommodating as we had to cancel our previous booking and this one was available which was perfect. We were more than pleased.

The unit is perfect for a short weekend stay due to it being open plan. The owner went out of their way to accomodate us by asking prior to book in how we would like the beds. My toddler was so excited over the sofa bed which was done up nicely with a sheet, blanket and pillow. The location is absolutely wonderful, the beds were extremely comfortable.

I wiuld like to start by saying the owner is extremely responsive and even sent someone to assist at 8pm at night which is rare in many guest houses. That was appreciated so much, however we experienced a few hiccups...the toilet seat was broken and loose, the shower leaked water outside the bathroom when showering, on our last night we had no hot water as there was an issue with they geyser. The owner sent someone at 8pm to check it out and try and assist which was appreciated. The spare gas stove in the cupboard does not have a gas bottle for incase of emergencies with electricity. The pillows were really soft and limited- I would suggest some softer and harder pillows in the units as the beds are fantastic but the pillows don't make it comfortable to sleep. I feel overall the units need a slight upgrade facility wise as considering the location, it has so much potential.
