Dispone de 3 habitaciones, dos baños completos y un aseo de cortesía, lo cual ha sido muy cómodo en nuestra estancia.
La limpieza deja mucho que desear. Tiene muchas humedades negras en los baños. El resto del piso no estaba suficientemente limpio. Los colchones son muy antiguos.

Kind ppl, great communication, could get the keys even when arriving later than expected. The flat was just as depicted in the photos, and there is an elevator indeed. Very cozy, quite comfi beds, kitchen well equipped, lots of storage space! Rooms and bathrooms were clean, and there were towels available. It took us a bit to find spare toilet paper rolls, but in the end, we found them. Very handy if attending an event in Forum. The street is busy, but especially during the day, it did not disturb me at night.
We found two pairs of keys not to be enough for such a large apartment, but it was manageable. One of the chambers is a bit of a bunker, which is not visible from the photos - it has one milk glass connected to another room, and there is barely any daylight. When the air-conditioning was on, it leaked water (on the balconies), so one had to check and every other day pour water out of a bucket placed underneath. But these were rather negligible inconveniences; overall, we were happy with the stay. :)

Location was good
Street where the flat is located is very busy and noisy at night. Maintanace of the flat in general was not the best. There were things broken and not taken care of
